Custom Screen Printing

Let’s get started.

We do not offer a price list. We create a custom quote for each and every order so we can give every client the best possible price:

There are many variables that go in to a perfect custom print. From choosing garment color to fit, we’re here to make your experience as simple as possible. Read on for some answers to many frequently asked questions about the ins and outs of custom orders.

Quantity.

The size of your order will determine eligible price breaks and the amount of time the job will take to complete. There is a 6 garment minimum on any single order, but keep in mind that the more garments you order per design the cheaper the cost will be per garment.

Garment Type.

The type, style and color of the garment you choose affects the cost of your order. Darker colors will yield a longer print time which in turn will raise the cost; similarly, lighter colors will be less expensive. The printing cost will also increase on specialty fabric such as nylon and 100% polyester. This is because it takes more time and supplies to produce a quality print on a darker/specialty garment.

Another variable to keep in mind as you decide on your garment is the manufacturer and fit. Brands like Gildan will be less expensive and more of a standard fit when compared to brands like American Apparel, which will be pricier and more of a “fashion fit”. You also may browse any of our whole sale suppliers such as S&S, SanMar or alphabroder to view their selection.

If you have any questions about garment manufacturers and particular styles we are here to help!

Image Location.

When placing an order be sure to verify where you would like your location per design. The main types of locations include but are not limited to:

-left and/or right chest, short sleeve or hip/shorts leg (3”-4” w)

-left and/or right long sleeve or pant leg (3”-4” w & 10”-20” L)

-full/center front and/or full back (8”-12”w)

-back neck (yoke, locker patch), inside label or pocket (1”-4” w)

Design it.

Your custom design will be priced according to the amount of colors it includes, as well as any color changes needed in your order and the size of the print.

We do not charge to color match, but keep in mind that creating custom colors may delay your order.

When sending artwork files it is best to send a vector image. This is because we can resize your image while still maintaining it’s quality.

You may also send a jpg, pdf, AI or psd file. We ask that the file be a high resolution with a dpi of 300 if possible. If your file is low resolution it may compromise the quality of your print.
